Common questions

Will you fill in my school or league form?
Yes. Bring it with you and the doctor completes and signs it during the visit. This is the single most common thing people forget to bring.
Can I get one today?
Usually yes. Walk in during opening hours, or book a time online so you can wait at home.
What should I bring?
The form, your ID, your insurance card, immunisation records if you have them, and your glasses or contacts if you wear them.
What if something turns up during the exam?
We explain it plainly and tell you what to do next, including referring you on if that is the right step.
Do you do every kind of physical?
Some employers and agencies ask for a specific certification. Call us first and read out what the form asks for, and we will tell you whether we can do it.

Go to the emergency room instead if
chest pain, fainting during exercise, or sudden breathlessness should not wait for a routine appointment. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
