Do you see children?Yes, all ages.
Yes. We see adults and children of all ages for everyday illnesses and minor injuries.
What should I bring?A photo ID and your insurance card.
A photo ID and your insurance card, if you have one. That's all you need to get started.

Insurance and billing

Do you accept my insurance?Aetna, Blue Cross, Medicare and more.
We accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Medicare, Prime Healthcare, SCAN and Optum at all our locations. Coverage depends on your plan, so we recommend calling the customer service number on your insurance card to confirm your benefits. If your plan isn’t listed, call us and we’ll check.
Do you accept Medi-Cal?Not yet.
Not yet. We are in the process of becoming a Medi-Cal provider and will update this page as soon as we accept it. In the meantime, our self-pay prices are listed on our prices page.
Do you bill my insurance directly?Yes, when we’re in network.
Yes. If we are in network with your plan, we bill your insurance company directly. You pay your co-pay at the visit. If your plan has a deductible or co-insurance, any balance left after your insurance pays is sent to you later.
Should I call my insurance before my visit? It’s a good idea.
It's a good idea. Your insurance company can tell you your co-pay and what you may owe for the visit. You're also welcome to call us at (714) 759-4100 and we'll help.
What if my insurance can't be verified at check-in?You pay self-pay; we still file the claim.
We check your coverage with your insurance company when you arrive. Sometimes a plan can't be verified because of outdated details or a delay on the insurer's side. If that happens, you pay our self-pay rate at the visit. We still send the claim to your insurance afterwards, and your bill is adjusted based on your benefits.
Why might you be out-of-network with my plan?It depends on your specific plan.
Even with an insurance company we work with, some individual plans are out-of-network because of their contracts, their region or the type of care. Please check with your insurance company before your visit.
My plan covers out-of-network care. Why do I pay at the visit? We file the claim and refund any balance.
For out-of-network visits, we ask for payment at the time of the visit at our self-pay rates. We then submit the claim to your insurance for you and refund any balance once your insurance has processed it.
What is a co-pay?A set amount you pay per visit.
A co-pay is a fixed amount you pay for a covered visit, and your insurance pays the rest. The amount depends on your plan. An urgent care co-pay is usually much lower than an emergency room co-pay.
What is a deductible? What you pay each year before insurance pays.
A deductible is the amount you pay each year before your insurance starts paying. After you meet it, you usually pay a share of the cost (called coinsurance) until you reach your plan's yearly out-of-pocket maximum.
