Everyone should be able to find our hours, call us, and book a visit, whatever device they use and however they use it. That is the standard we are working to.

Our goal

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the widely used standard for accessible websites. We are working towards it and checking our pages against it as we update them.

What we have done

• Clear, plain-English wording, with the most important information (hours, phone number, how to book) near the top of each page.
• Large, readable text and strong colour contrast.
• Phone numbers you can tap to call on a mobile phone.
• Pages that work on phones, tablets and computers, and when zoomed in.
• Descriptions on images, for people who use screen readers.
• An accessibility button on every page that lets you enlarge text, change contrast and adjust other display settings.

Where we know we fall short

Some parts of the site come from other companies and may not fully meet the standard: the embedded Google Maps and the ClockwiseMD online booking system. If either one gives you trouble, call us and we will book your visit by phone.

Languages

Our staff across the two clinics speak English, Spanish and Farsi. Both of our doctors speak English and Farsi.

Visiting the clinic

If you need any help to visit us, for example with getting in, moving around, or communicating, please call ahead and tell us what you need. We will do our best to have it ready when you arrive.
