Privacy Policy
How this website handles your information, in plain English.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This policy explains what information this website collects when you visit it, why, and what we do with it. If anything is unclear, ask us.
Your medical information is handled separately. This page covers the website only. Information about your health and your care at our clinics is protected by federal privacy law (HIPAA) and is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you can ask for at either front desk.
Who we are
Aria Urgent Care Associates, Inc. runs two walk-in clinics: West Anaheim Urgent Care, 601 S Beach Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92804, and Laguna Wellness Urgent Care, 24301 Paseo de Valencia, Ste 104, Laguna Woods, CA 92637. In this policy, "we" and "us" means Aria Urgent Care.
What we collect, and why
When you send us a visit request. If you use the request form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, the clinic you prefer, and the day and time you would like to come in. We use it only to contact you about that visit. Please do not describe symptoms in the form. If something is urgent, call us or walk in.
When you call or email us. We receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us, and use it to help you.
When you browse the site. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the website: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (city level, not your address), what device and browser they use, and how they arrived. This helps us make the site easier to use. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
Services from other companies
Some parts of this website are provided by other companies. When you use them, that company receives information directly and its own privacy policy applies.

Cookies
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This site uses them for statistics (Google Analytics), for embedded maps, and to remember accessibility settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work; you can still call, walk in, or book.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use the website to collect your medical history.
- We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How long we keep it
