Lab, EKG and X-ray on site

Pre-operation clearance in West Anaheim and Laguna Woods

Lab, EKG and X-ray are all in the building, so your surgical clearance can be finished in one visit.

Why it is quick here

Clearance usually drags because the pieces are in three different places.

Lab on site

Blood work is drawn here, not at an outside lab across town.

How it works

One visit, if your surgeon has told us what they need.

1

Bring the request

Whatever your surgeon or their office sent you. It lists exactly what is required.

2

The examination

The doctor examines you and goes through your health history.

3

Tests the same day

Lab, EKG and X-ray are done here, in the order your clearance needs.

4

Sent to your surgeon

We complete the paperwork and get the results to the surgeon office.

What it costs

Self-pay prices. Only the tests your surgeon has asked for are added on top of the visit.

Clearance visit$150
EKG$50+
X-ray$85+
Lab screening$30+

Most of our patients use insurance. We take Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Medicare, Prime Healthcare, SCAN and Optum at all our locations. More about insurance · See the full price list.

Common questions

What should I bring?
The request or form from your surgeon, your ID, your insurance card, and a list of anything you already take.
Can it be done in one day?
Usually, because the lab, the EKG and the X-ray are all here. If your surgeon needs something we do not have on site, we will tell you straight away.
Do you send the results to my surgeon?
Yes. We complete the paperwork and send it on to the surgeon office.

Go to the emergency room instead if
chest pain, breathlessness, fainting or a new irregular heartbeat before your surgery date are not things to wait on. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room, and tell your surgeon.
