Insurance & Pricing FAQs

Years of Trusted Healthcare Service

Serving the Community with Compassion & Care

Committed to providing fast, reliable, and affordable care for your whole family.

Yes. We are contracted with most major insurance carriers, PPOs, Medicare, and Medi Medi (Medicare and Medi-Cal). However, we always recommend calling your health insurance provider to confirm your coverage and benefits. The customer service number can be found on your insurance card. Out-of-network coverage may vary depending on your plan and location.

A co-pay (copayment) is a fixed amount you pay for covered medical services, while  your insurance company covers the rest. Co-pays differ by plan and service type. For example, routine doctor visits usually have lower co-pays than specialist visits. Emergency room copays are often the highest.

A deductible is the amount you must pay each year before your health insurance begins covering costs. After meeting your deductible, usually pay coinsurance (a percentage of costs) until you reach your annual out-of-pocket maximum.

At check-in, we confirm your coverage with your insurance company. Sometimes, plans can’t be verified due to outdated information, incorrect details, or delays in the insurance company’s system. If verification fails, you will be charged our flat self-pay rate at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will still submit your claim to your insurance company after your visit, and your bill may be adjusted based on your  benefits.

While we work with most major insurers, some plans may be out-of-network due to
contract status, geographic region, or the type of care you seek. Always check with    your insurance company to confirm your coverage before your visit.

For out-of-network visits, we require payment at the time of service using our flat self-pay rates. Many insurers will reimburse you afterward, depending on your coverage. As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claim and refund you any balance once your insurance processes the claim.

No problem. We offer affordable self-pay pricing for patients without insurance. Rates vary by urgent care visit type. Contact our office or check our website for a transparent price list.

We compare local market rates, adjust for healthcare costs and inflation, and              ensure fair compensation for our providers. Our goal is to keep care affordable and accessible while maintaining high-quality service.

No. We do not charge any membership or subscription fees. You only pay for the      care you need.

It’s a good idea to confirm your coverage and out-of-pocket costs with your insurance company before your appointment.

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and cheks.

No insurance ? No Problem.

We accept cash, debit, and credit cards too. Additional costs may apply based on specific medical conditions. For your convenience, we also offer online bill pay.

Card on File Policy

To help keep billing clear and timely, our clinic requires most patients to keep a valid credit or debit card on file. Any copayments or known charges are collected at the time of the visit. A card on file allows us to securely process any remaining patient responsibility after insurance has finalized the claim, if applicable. Learn More about Card on File
